Air shipment minimum weight: 5 pounds.
Minimum maritime shipment: 3 cubic feet.
If you have several packages you can request the repackaging service.
Air shipping is charged based on whichever is greater: Total weight or volumetric weight.

How is airfare calculated?
Air shipments are charged by the actual weight (actual weight of the final package) or the volumetric weight (weight-volume ratio) the greater of the two is taken when weighing and measuring the package for the calculation of the rate.

Air Shipments (1 week)
Air shipments leave weekly and take approximately 1 week to reach their destination.

Maritime shipments (3 to 4 weeks)
Charged per CUBIC FOOT. In Venezuela, the cargo arrives at our headquarters in Caracas and our staff is responsible for making deliveries at the door of your house in Caracas, Maracay and Valencia. To the rest of the country it is sent through internal mail.
